Designs and leads hospitality HVAC projects, including load calculations, equipment selection, hydronic and air-side systems, specifications, drawings, studies, sequences of operation, and code compliance. Coordinates with multidisciplinary teams, vendors, clients, and project managers; responds to RFIs, reviews submittals, manages deliverables and budgets, performs QA/QC, and mentors designers.
