Design HVAC systems for life sciences and healthcare buildings using Revit/CAD and 3D models. Prepare HVAC one-line diagrams, load and airflow calculations, equipment sizing and schedules, specifications, sequences of operations, and coordinate with vendors and other disciplines. Support SD/DD/CD documentation, attend coordination meetings, and manage design tasks within project work plans.
