Manage multiple small-to-medium mobility and traffic maintenance projects from planning to construction support. Design and recommend traffic maintenance solutions, coordinate interdisciplinary inputs, supervise junior staff, manage documentation and quality requirements, justify technical recommendations to clients, and contribute to departmental knowledge and standards.

Lead and perform highway and multi-modal roadway design, prepare plans/specifications/estimates, produce bid/design-build/bridging packages, perform design reviews, and apply FDOT/AASHTO/MUTCD standards using industry design software.

Design electrical systems for building projects, produce schematics, floor plans, equipment layouts and calculations. Conduct site surveys, obtain supplier data, support specifications and contract documents, attend construction meetings, and design power distribution, lighting/controls, fire alarm and other low-voltage systems.

Participate in design of building electrical distribution, lighting, fire alarm and communications systems for institutional, commercial and industrial projects. Conduct site surveys, perform design calculations and technical modelling, prepare technical reports, attend client meetings, visit construction sites and support supervision, and collaborate with engineers while developing technical skills and delivering quality deliverables.

Prepare and detail 3D models and engineering drawings for water and wastewater treatment facilities, create P&IDs and PFDs, generate material quantities and cost estimates, produce presentation graphics and report figures, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and ensure projects meet client and EXP drawing standards on schedule.

Support planning, design, and construction of municipal and transportation infrastructure. Produce AutoCAD Civil 3D drawings, plan/profile/grading designs for water, storm, wastewater and roadways, generate material quantities and cost estimates, prepare presentation graphics and reports, ensure project standards, and perform on-site civil inspections.
