Manage multiple small-to-medium mobility and traffic maintenance projects from planning to construction support. Design and recommend traffic maintenance solutions, coordinate interdisciplinary inputs, supervise junior staff, manage documentation and quality requirements, justify technical recommendations to clients, and contribute to departmental knowledge and standards.

Lead and perform highway and multi-modal roadway design, prepare plans/specifications/estimates, produce bid/design-build/bridging packages, perform design reviews, and apply FDOT/AASHTO/MUTCD standards using industry design software.

Design and deliver MEP mechanical systems for life science and healthcare buildings: produce Revit/CAD 3D models, HVAC one-line diagrams, load calculations, equipment selection, specifications, code compliance, QA/QC, mentor designers, coordinate disciplines, and manage multiple project deliverables and schedules.

Lead on-site construction supervision for transportation infrastructure (bridges, structures, roadways). Conduct quality and quantity controls, site meetings, measurements, payment documentation, daily reports, and coordinate with project teams to manage changes and prepare addenda.

Design and specify structured cabling, AV, security, and other ELV systems for building projects. Produce drawings, riser diagrams, equipment schedules, load and cooling calculations, and coordinate with MEP/architectural teams using Revit and AutoCAD. Support SD/DD/CD documentation, attend coordination meetings, and manage design tasks within project work plans.
