Serve as primary client contact handling inbound calls, email, and intake mailbox; open and organize case files in ESP; document mail/faxes; send and track intake paperwork; maintain client and stakeholder communication; support administrative functions and initial reporting to payers and providers.

Serve as the primary relationship owner for high-volume personal-injury law firm clients: manage escalations, run monthly/quarterly reviews, monitor firm-specific metrics, conduct file reviews, drive cross-functional improvements, contribute to policy and training, and advocate for scalable solutions to improve service delivery.
