Manage project financials for construction jobs including budgets, AIA billings, job cost reconciliations, revenue recognition, collections, and variance analysis. Partner with project teams, compile audit documentation, and improve financial processes to ensure timely, accurate reporting across project lifecycles.

Manage subcontractor pay applications and supplier invoices for construction projects: receive and save documents, validate and enter approved invoices into Vista, reconcile vendor statements, process payments, audit credit card statements, verify compliance documents, communicate with project teams and vendors, and assist with job closeout.
