Plan, coordinate, and execute internal and external events to boost employee engagement, community partnerships, and fundraising. Manage event logistics, vendors, budgets, timelines, volunteer coordination, donor stewardship, tracking and reporting of participation and outcomes, and support employee orientation and wellness initiatives while collaborating with cross-departmental teams and Foundation volunteers.

Lead grant strategy and execution: research, write, submit, and manage grants; ensure compliance and reporting; track grant revenue and outcomes; build and steward funder and community partnerships; coordinate contractors, recognition submissions, legislative engagement, and strategic projects that support population health and organizational priorities.
