The Senior Manager, Major Gifts manages a portfolio of major-gift prospects and donors, developing relationships, securing one-time and multi-year commitments, and stewarding contributions. Responsibilities include prospect identification, proposal development, donor engagement, gift structuring, pipeline and revenue forecasting, CRM documentation, impact reporting, and collaboration with leadership and internal teams. The role also supports gifts through family offices, donor-advised funds, and family foundations, and represents Parkinson Canada at donor and campaign events.

Lead Parkinson Canada’s national partnership strategy, government relations, advocacy, and health policy priorities. Build and manage relationships across healthcare, community, government, and private-sector organizations; create scalable partnership models, referral pathways, and governance frameworks; influence decision-makers; develop policy and advocacy materials; improve access to care; and lead team members and external partners across Canada and internationally.
