Leads enterprise IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, clinical information systems, software quality assurance, IT governance, disaster recovery, and technical support teams. Manages ServiceNow workflows, software governance, vendor relationships, compliance, PHI protection, IT projects, and system upgrades. Coordinates with Hanford service providers and supports Contractor Assurance System activities. Supervises staff, oversees infrastructure and clinical applications, maintains quality documentation, and aligns technology initiatives with organizational and business objectives.
