Develop and maintain referral relationships with physicians, hospitals, nursing homes, payers and other providers; implement annual marketing plans; manage hospice contracts and referral data analysis; grow profitable referrals and length of stay; prepare marketing communications; maintain patient confidentiality; travel locally (50-mile radius) to meet prospects.

Drive hospice referral growth by building relationships with physicians, facilities, payers, and care organizations. Develop and execute marketing plans, track contracts and referral data, maintain customer records, support communications, and ensure confidentiality. Travel regularly within a local radius and work independently to meet referral and revenue goals.

Provide front-desk support for hospice office: manage multi-line communications, greet visitors, perform administrative and clerical duties, learn and use clinical software/electronic records, work assigned 8-hour shifts, and support interdisciplinary teams. Additional duties as assigned by the Executive Director.
