Lead UK marketing for Tatcha, developing and executing integrated retail and brand marketing campaigns across channels. Own retail trade plans, merchandising assortments, social and paid content, budget management, and performance analysis to drive customer acquisition, retention, and sales with retailer partners.

Manage day-to-day UK ecommerce site and visual merchandising, develop and execute CRM/email strategy and lifecycle segmentation, run testing and analytics to drive retention, LTV and AOV, collaborate on campaign planning and creative, and produce weekly/monthly cross-channel reporting.
