Manage outside sales activities within an assigned Northern Kentucky territory. Responsibilities include developing customer relationships, presenting essential services, negotiating and closing deals, exceeding sales targets, and working independently in the field. Recruits candidates in the community and online in English and Spanish, communicates with applicants by phone, text, and email, conducts interviews, makes job offers, supports onboarding and orientation, reconnects with previous applicants and employees, and tracks recruiting activity.
