Manage comprehensive HR operations, including payroll, recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, performance reviews, training, compliance, workers’ compensation, engagement programs, and confidential recordkeeping. The role uses Paylocity HRIS and other systems to process payroll, maintain employee records, generate workforce reports, and support strategic HR decisions. It also coordinates safety and compliance initiatives, resolves workplace conflicts, administers open enrollment, and guides managers on employee development and workforce planning.
