Develop and maintain dairy production plans and schedules based on demand, raw milk supply, capacity, inventory, and material availability. Release and monitor ERP production orders, forecast material needs, manage milk utilization and yields, and coordinate with processing, packaging, quality, warehouse, logistics, procurement, sales, and customer service. Ensure schedules support inventory accuracy, shelf-life constraints, traceability, food safety, and SQF compliance.

Leads the Milk Division’s raw milk procurement, balancing, marketing, transportation logistics, plant coordination, customer relationships, financial performance, compliance, and employee development. The role optimizes milk utilization, transportation costs, member returns, customer service, and operational efficiency across the Northeast. It requires strong dairy industry expertise, knowledge of milk markets and regulations, financial acumen, negotiation skills, and the ability to lead in a dynamic 24/7 operating environment.
