Oversee company accounting functions including GL, AR/AP, payroll, treasury, reconciliations, cost and inventory accounting, and monthly close. Ensure GAAP, SOX, and internal control compliance; support audits, ERP configuration, reporting, and mentor accounting staff to provide financial analysis for business decisions.

Lead full-cycle, high-volume recruiting for hourly and salaried manufacturing roles; serve as hands-on HR business partner on the production floor; manage employee relations and investigations; develop training, onboarding, and leadership development; modernize HR processes using HRIS/analytics (Paylocity preferred); ensure compliance and maintain HR operations supporting a 24/7 dairy manufacturing environment.
