Performs accounting operations including payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash management, journal entries, reconciliations, compliance reporting, audit support, and general ledger maintenance. Analyzes financial records, verifies transaction documentation and approvals, maintains retention procedures, and meets accounting deadlines. The role requires independent judgment, strong knowledge of accounting principles, attention to detail, and effective communication with employees, vendors, clients, and the public.

Provides administrative support to the Sales Office by answering calls, organizing meetings, maintaining files, processing invoices and check requests, managing vendor documentation, preparing reports, entering CRM leads, coordinating mailings and travel, and supporting sales and tourism teams. The role requires strong organization, communication, multitasking, computer proficiency, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while maintaining confidential and time-sensitive information.

Coordinate project planning, logistics, and execution across departments. Schedule meetings, document action items, track progress and expenditures, maintain project records, assist with RFP/RFQ and contract tracking, support project managers, and liaise with suppliers, venues, and service providers to ensure timely delivery and compliance with public records and retention policies.
