Provides helpdesk and functional support to court users for case management, electronic filing, and related systems. Troubleshoots and researches issues, documents resolutions, tests enhancements, supports implementations, develops user materials, and trains users. Collaborates with technical staff, court personnel, vendors, and stakeholders to resolve problems and improve system processes. May assist with statewide implementations, equipment coordination, and training material installation.

Directs a district court Legal Self-Help Center serving self-represented civil litigants. Provides procedural information, develops legal forms and informational materials, supervises staff and volunteers, ensures compliance with Kansas law and court rules, monitors legal changes, tracks service data, prepares reports, and builds relationships with court personnel and community partners. The role requires an attorney licensed and in good standing, with significant civil legal experience and a strong commitment to public access to justice.
