Plan launches, manage timelines and metrics, mentor team members, ensure manufacturable designs, validate processes, partner with suppliers, and drive continuous improvement to meet quality, cost, and schedule targets.

Lead global sourcing strategy for direct, indirect, and outsourced manufacturing to support $2B growth. Build resilient supply base, drive cost and lead-time reductions, implement supplier business management, negotiate strategic contracts, ensure NPD procurement readiness, and enforce CSR/ESG compliance while partnering with cross-functional teams to protect customer commitments and scale capacity globally.
