Lead an innovation team to modernize heavy manufacturing lines by designing, programming, and commissioning automated systems. Integrate multi-vendor PLC/HMI platforms, retrofit legacy machinery with motion control and SCADA, implement IoT sensors feeding CMMS, and manage projects from CAD and procurement through commissioning, training, and ROI validation.

Manage enterprise import and export transactions, ensuring compliance with US Customs Regulations, EAR, HTS requirements, tariffs, and corporate policies. Review and prepare customs and export documentation, coordinate with customs brokers and freight forwarders, monitor compliance KPIs, maintain transaction records, support audits and investigations, and advise internal teams on trade-related processes. The role requires expertise in import/export documentation, steel commodities, logistics, ERP systems, AES filing, and regulatory reporting.

Manages corporate federal, state, local, and international tax compliance, including return preparation, filings, tax projections, audits, and reporting controls. Develops tax planning strategies, monitors regulatory changes, coordinates tax calendars, improves processes, and communicates risks and opportunities to leadership. Supports internal audits and special tax projects while overseeing accurate and timely tax team operations.

Administer and troubleshoot SLES, Ubuntu, and Windows servers supporting business-critical and development activities. Responsibilities include system maintenance, performance monitoring, security implementation, virtualization, AD/Samba and NFS interoperability, package installation, incident resolution, vendor coordination, documentation, training, and upgrade planning. The role provides technical guidance to developers and administrators and may require night or weekend project participation.

Administer, troubleshoot, monitor, and optimize enterprise data networks across multiple locations, including SD-WAN, WAN, LAN, VPN, VXLAN, Wi-Fi, and cloud networking. Design remote-site network deployments, manage infrastructure upgrades, support network security practices, document standards, and coordinate telecommunications vendors. Provide secondary Windows infrastructure support involving Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy. Train team members and recommend network improvements.

Provides administrative support to the recruiting team by managing temporary employee processes, maintaining ATS records and recruiting documentation, processing invoices, preparing recruiting reports, coordinating career fairs and hiring events, reviewing applications, and supporting recruiters with candidate and team administration.

Validates valve designs, specifications, documentation, and technical support while ensuring compliance with API, ASME, ISO, and OVC requirements. Selects and specifies industrial valves based on process conditions, prepares technical documentation, coordinates with sales, procurement, factories, quality, and inspection teams, and supports testing, installation, commissioning, and field operations. Performs troubleshooting and failure analysis and contributes to continuous improvement of valve reliability and performance.

Provide quotes and close sales while maintaining strong customer relationships; answer inquiries, manage online inventory and email, communicate product specs, qualify leads by phone, coordinate with internal teams, and prepare activity reports.

Translate business strategy into executable processes, lead enterprise process standardization and AI-powered workflow design, map value streams, collaborate with IS teams, define data structures, develop KPIs, and implement prompt-engineered LLM solutions to improve operational performance across multi-site organizations.

Receive and process incoming stock, unload trucks, check merchandise, pick/pack orders, sort and organize inventory, operate sit-down forklift and lifting equipment, maintain a safe and clean warehouse, and perform other duties as assigned. Must pass background check and drug test.
