Support HR administration for the Spain region: manage onboarding, attendance, medical check-ups, vacation records, HRIS queries (SP, Time tracing, Egencia), supplier and company car coordination, document management for compliance, and assist with recruitment, training, and general HR administration.

Lead Sinclair's global accounting, consolidation, statutory reporting, audit and financial control across multiple legal entities. Strengthen governance, IFRS technical accounting, ERP (SAP S/4HANA) transformation, inventory and manufacturing accounting, tax and treasury coordination, and develop a global finance team to support growth and scalability.

Lead global FP&A for injectables and energy-based devices: drive budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, performance reviews, revenue and profitability analysis, financial modelling, executive and board reporting, and transformation programmes to support strategic decisions and improve profitability.

Provide employee relations advice and support across European countries: coordinate consultations, prepare meeting materials, advise on legal/procedural obligations, maintain records, support organisational change and stakeholder communications, and handle confidential matters professionally.

Execute local marketing activities across the UAE including planning and delivering events, managing social media and digital assets, supporting campaign rollouts, coordinating KOLs and vendors, tracking/reporting marketing performance, maintaining compliance documentation, and supporting budgets and administrative tasks.
