Analyze customer journeys, product performance, market effectiveness, and end-user behavior using SQL, statistical analysis, data mining, segmentation, and dashboards. Build data assets, modeling features, KPIs, and visualization tools; monitor data quality and platform performance; and communicate actionable insights through presentations and memoranda. Partner with Product and Analytics teams to guide product development and improve financial products.

Lead complex enterprise financial product initiatives from planning through delivery. Own technical roadmaps, SDLC execution, risk governance, budgets, program dashboards, and cross-functional alignment. Coach teams and technical program managers, improve Agile and software delivery processes, facilitate architectural decisions, and establish Atlassian governance. Drive scalable processes, engineering velocity, change adoption, and data-informed executive decisions across Product, Engineering, and business stakeholders.

Build and operate an observability control plane: automate Datadog/Terraform monitors and dashboards, run audits and maturity assessments, own monthly observability health reports, reduce alert fatigue, enable self-serve onboarding, rotate on shared on-call as Incident Commander, and close detection gaps after incidents.

Design, build, secure, and operate cloud foundations (primarily AWS, with GCP support). Develop IaC (Terraform) modules, CI/CD pipelines, guardrails, and automated policy enforcement. Contribute to architecture, incident triage, audit readiness (SOC 2/PCI), and collaborate across platform, SRE, security, network, and application teams to ensure secure, reliable, and compliant cloud platform capabilities.
