Design and run pilots, evaluate business cases, teach Lean Six Sigma, generate data-driven insights, drive adoption, facilitate workshops, and report progress toward strategic goals while mentoring staff and partnering with operations.

Manage full-cycle bi-weekly payroll for 100+ employees across multiple locations; perform balance sheet reconciliations, fixed asset management, cash and credit card reconciliations; support month-end and year-end closings and consolidated financial statement preparation; ensure payroll tax and benefits compliance; streamline workflows between retail POS and the general ledger; maintain internal controls and act as AP backup.
