Use data-driven and AI-assisted insights to monitor customer health, improve processes, automate CS workflows, mentor juniors, and represent Customer Success in product and AI initiatives.

Manage Turkish local GAAP bookkeeping and monthly IFRS conversion adjustments, ensure IAS 29 hyperinflation compliance, prepare financial statements, handle invoicing/e-Fatura and AR/AP, support revenue recognition and Salesforce billing configuration, drive finance automation, cash flow/FX monitoring, and coordinate local/global R&D/Tehnopark reporting.
