Support commercial operations including bid and tender preparation, vendor qualification, contract review, client onboarding, rate card maintenance, and business development support. Provide administrative and HSE documentation support while collaborating with the sales and commercial teams.

Manage contracts, RFQs, bids/tenders, supplier registration, vendor due diligence, client rate cards, and agency onboarding. Support commercial analysts, coordinate cross-department proposals, liaise with clients, and step in for the Commercial Lead as required.
