Coordinates quality-control staffing assignments for oil and gas clients, including candidate sourcing, interviews, placements, contractual obligations, documentation, reporting, performance management, client relations, and complaint resolution. Supports business development, SLA and KPI compliance, secure inspection-record management, internal audits, and process improvements while maintaining impartiality under ISO/IEC 17020:2012 requirements.

Hands-on mechanical generalist role supporting mechanical/facilities systems in industrial/energy environments. Diagnose via engineering drawings, perform repairs/troubleshooting across HVAC and electrical interfaces, complete documentation, follow site safety and compliance, and communicate in English.
