Coordinate and execute core people operations across the staff lifecycle including onboarding, offboarding, payroll (multi-country), benefits, and documentation. Maintain HRIS, ATS, knowledge and project tools, ensure data integrity, support recruitment logistics and interview coordination, respond to staff inquiries, and improve processes and documentation to increase operational consistency and responsiveness across a globally distributed team.

Lead finance transformation workstreams: manage the UK functional currency transition, improve payments/AP/cards/expense workflows, assess spend/AP platform options, prepare ERP readiness and multi-entity finance design, coordinate vendors and implementation partners, run project management and documentation, and embed sustainable processes to reduce manual work and operational risk.

Lead and execute Germany-focused campaigns against the far-right: design strategy and messaging, run digital and media outreach, mobilize online communities, build political and civil-society alliances, manage events and delegations, and coordinate with German and global teams to drive advocacy and public impact.
