Conduct daily transaction monitoring, sanctions screening, client due diligence, and Source of Funds and Source of Wealth reviews. Investigate transaction alerts and potential AML, CTF, and sanctions risks, escalating complex cases with clear documentation. Own and transform the group-wide contract lifecycle management capability using Juro. Define the operating model, roadmap, data taxonomy, workflows, governance, integrations, reporting, and adoption strategy. Lead contract migration, lifecycle and obligation tracking, stakeholder alignment, vendor relationships, testing, automation, and system improvements across Legal, Compliance, Finance, IT, HR, Procurement, and business teams. Establish sustainable governance and BAU ownership in a complex, regulated, multi-entity environment.
