Lead and execute end-to-end internal audit engagements across multiple jurisdictions. Evaluate controls and ITGCs, perform data-driven testing, draft findings and management action plans, monitor remediation, manage co-sourced providers, support Audit Committee and regulatory exams, and drive audit innovation through analytics and continuous auditing.

Lead commercial strategy for EXANTE's wealth segment with full P&L ownership. Define pricing, segment clients, benchmark competitors, develop targeted products, optimize costs and customer economics, run pricing experiments with Technology, and coordinate across Sales, Compliance, Risk, Treasury and Product to drive measurable revenue uplift.

Run and develop the firm's principal multi-asset trading book: provide liquidity against client flow, manage inventory and hedges, design and operate risk limits, onboard counterparties and venues, cooperate with stock lending, options and fixed income desks, and build a trading team while ensuring regulatory compliance and P&L responsibility.

Serve as the firm's named CySEC-registered Compliance Officer owning the compliance framework, risk assessments, monitoring programme, regulatory liaison, governance reporting, advisory and training. Lead responses to CySEC/ESMA developments and inspections, challenge business units, present Annual Compliance Reports to the Board, and ensure compliance with MiFID II, Cyprus Investment Services law, and related regulations.

Lead and develop a client service team to deliver fast, high-quality prime brokerage support. Manage workload, processes, incidents, and cross-functional collaboration; analyze queue trends into improvements and work with Service Design to optimise systems and client experience.

Design, develop and maintain distributed, high-load Erlang services for processing trades and transactions. Implement end-to-end features, optimize performance and database latency (PostgreSQL), integrate with REST and TCP-based external services, collect metrics/logs, benchmark systems, participate in architecture, code reviews, mentorship, and documentation.
