Own Famly’s design system and frontend infrastructure. Build production-quality React and TypeScript components, create robust APIs, maintain documentation, manage versioning and releases, and ensure accessibility, consistency, testing, and visual quality. Collaborate with designers, engineers, and product managers to evolve reusable patterns, prototype quickly, and ensure design intent translates effectively into production.

Develop frontend and backend product functionality, especially onboarding experiences. Build integrations and data pipelines connecting product, CRM, marketing, web data, and data warehouse systems. Lead Famly's largest UK enterprise accounts with executive-level relationship management; design long-term account strategies, drive retention and upsell, enable and mentor other KAMs, act as voice of the customer across teams, and own forecasting and reporting for leadership.

Lead technical onboarding of large enterprise customers: run implementation projects, translate requirements into development plans, coordinate integrations and SSO, work with Product and Key Account Managers, and manage a small team delivering enterprise features and integrations.
