Assists the Property Manager with leasing, accounting, rent-roll administration, staff management, file maintenance, invoice processing, and resident-related operations. Performs Leasing Associate duties and assumes full Property Manager responsibilities when needed. Requires LIHTC and tax credit housing experience, strong communication skills, and availability for typical evening and weekend work.
