Processes accounts payable and receivable transactions, reconciles bank, credit card, vendor, and general ledger accounts, reviews financial records, maintains vendor tax documentation, resolves discrepancies, and supports audits and reporting. The role also partners with internal teams and identifies opportunities to improve accounting processes and efficiency.

Manage daily processing of service invoices, technician performance tracking, payroll hours entry, service contract setup, A/R support, parts replenishment, reporting, and customer billing communication to support field teams and leadership.

Support and optimize ServiceTitan across multiple brands: respond to help desk tickets, resolve system and data issues, assist with standardization projects, document/test/deploy configurations, create training materials, and support reporting, integrations, and cross-departmental data initiatives.

Coordinate office and accounting operations including A/R collections, vendor invoice review, payroll and commissions processing, PTO and employee record maintenance, expense entry, month-end support, timecard and job costing oversight, fleet administration, office logistics, and project support for leadership.
