Lead end-to-end planning and delivery of large-scale events, conferences, launches and gala dinners. Manage delegate logistics, travel, budgets, suppliers and on-site operations (including health & safety). Produce proposals, invoices and reconciliations, mentor junior staff, build client relationships, and deliver projects on time, within budget, and to client objectives, including international events.

Design, build, and maintain automated test coverage across UI, API, and integration layers. Lead regression and performance automation, conduct exploratory and accessibility testing (WCAG), apply OWASP Top 10 security awareness, create test data, support release readiness, and embed risk-based testing and quality practices across agile delivery teams.

Manage events end-to-end including planning, on-site delivery and post-event reconciliation. Own budgets, health & safety, stakeholder communication, delegate and crew logistics, and coordinate internal teams and production elements across multiple simultaneous, logistically challenging projects.
