The HR Generalist will manage employee communications and engagement, onboarding and offboarding coordination, benefits and open enrollment support, HRIS administration, employee records, reporting, and process improvement. The role supports a primarily remote workforce while working four days per week in the Nashville office. Success requires strong communication, initiative, sound judgment, professionalism, confidentiality, adaptability, and the ability to build trust and improve employee experiences.
