Sell content management, document automation, scanning/printing, and information security solutions to B2B clients. Identify and cultivate new business, grow existing accounts, meet sales targets, use CRM/ERP to track performance, deliver product presentations, and complete ongoing product and sales training.

Lead HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits, performance management, training, HR policy and compliance, HRIS maintenance, and culture initiatives to support leadership and employees.

Identify and cultivate new B2B opportunities and manage existing client relationships. Sell content management, document automation, scanning/printing, and information security solutions. Meet sales targets, analyze customer data and market trends, track performance in CRM/ERP, present solutions, and maintain product knowledge through training and meetings.

Provide remote and on-site IT support for client workstations, servers, and network infrastructure. Log and resolve service requests, install/configure hardware and software, perform maintenance, document work, and collaborate with team members to improve processes while delivering strong customer service.

Provide front-office support including processing customer checks in ERP, preparing and mailing invoices and correspondence, handling mail and shipments, answering phones and assisting with order entry, greeting visitors, maintaining office supplies and cleanliness, and supporting leadership and accounting with administrative projects.
