Provide administrative and clerical support to the Property Manager for two communities: greet residents, handle calls, assist with leasing and move-ins, process rent and deposits, manage resident files and compliance, coordinate maintenance work orders, maintain waiting lists, and support marketing and community engagement.

Support regulatory compliance for affordable housing portfolios by conducting file audits, preparing agency documents, monitoring regulatory updates, training site staff, assisting with MORs and inspections, maintaining compliance procedures, and tracking corrective actions.

Manage resident certifications and recertifications for HUD, LIHTC, IHDA programs from initiation to completion. Verify third-party documentation, enter data into OneSite, maintain compliant files, support audits and reporting, assist property operations and resident engagement, and provide backup for the Property Manager as needed.
