Build and deploy production machine learning models for personalization, pricing, discounting, churn, and lifetime value. Own the full model lifecycle, establish low-latency serving and monitoring on GCP, and partner with Product and Engineering to integrate models into user-facing experiences. Design causal experiments and uplift models to measure incremental revenue and retention impact, while creating reusable MLOps and model-to-production practices.

Own and build Timeleft’s end-to-end lifecycle program across email, push, SMS, and in-app channels. Drive signup-to-paid activation, subscriber retention, and reactivation through personalized journeys, experimentation, predictive decisioning, and AI-enabled workflows. Partner closely with Product, Data, and Engineering on lifecycle infrastructure, measurement, and in-product experiences. Manage the maturity roadmap, report on conversion and retention metrics, and hire and lead a Lifecycle Manager as the function scales.
