Identify and qualify leads for material handling equipment and service contracts using omnichannel outreach (cold calls, LinkedIn, email, SugarCRM). Build pipelines, set meetings for Territory Managers, meet lead and transactional quotas, and collaborate with sales and branch teams.

Prepare, verify, and communicate accurate service repair quotes; coordinate parts and labor availability; schedule repairs with service and parts teams; track approvals, orders, and repair schedules; support dispatching and service automation; handle customer quote inquiries and after-hours needs.
