Lead Skan AI’s customer marketing function, building advocacy, community, advisory board, storytelling, reference, loyalty, co-marketing, and review-platform programs. Partner with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Communications to turn customer outcomes into credible stories that accelerate enterprise revenue. Develop account-level advocacy plans, case studies, videos, announcements, executive programs, and customer proof tailored to regulated-industry buyers.

Own Skan AI Agents’ product positioning and agentic AI category narrative. Translate technical capabilities into messaging for enterprise executives and operations leaders, coordinate cross-functional product launches, create thought leadership and sales enablement materials, develop competitive intelligence, and support customer proof points. Partner closely with product, engineering, sales, and customer success teams to communicate how reliable, governed, auditable AI agents operate in regulated enterprise workflows.

Owns the end-to-end deal desk process, including deal structuring, pricing governance, discount approvals, contract handoff, and exception escalation. Leads RFP/RFI intake, response coordination, content libraries, timelines, and submissions. Administers CPQ and RFP tooling, maintains pricing guardrails, and develops reporting on deal cycle time, discount trends, approval performance, and RFP win rates. Partners with Sales, Legal, Finance, Security, and Product to improve commercial processes and response quality.

Own Skan AI’s partner marketing strategy across technology, consulting, and GSI partners. Develop joint go-to-market programs, campaigns, value propositions, enablement content, campaign kits, and partner portals. Manage partner budgets, MDF, co-marketing commitments, events, and sponsorships. Track sourced pipeline, influenced revenue, and campaign ROI while reporting to executives and coordinating with sales, marketing, customer success, product, and external partner stakeholders.

Embed with enterprise customers to understand workflows, specify agent behavior, build and integrate AI agents, configure guardrails and human oversight, validate performance, conduct user acceptance and shadow-mode testing, lead production go-lives, and measure business impact. The role requires strong Python and SQL, cloud experience, AI or data/ML product development, and excellent customer communication.

Embed with enterprise customers to understand workflows, specify agent behavior, author decision logic, build and integrate AI agents, and deploy them with governance and human oversight. Responsibilities include calibration, user acceptance testing, shadow-mode validation, production launches, monitoring, and measuring business impact. The role requires strong Python and SQL, cloud experience, production or prototype AI/ML delivery, and excellent customer communication.

Designs and maintains CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code templates, deployment tooling, and DevSecOps controls for cloud, on-premises, and hybrid customer environments. Automates provisioning, upgrades, patching, monitoring, and operational reporting while supporting Systems Engineering and collaborating with SRE. The role also tracks deployment metrics, remediates pipeline failures and configuration drift, supports change management, documents processes, and contributes to agentic workflow automation.

Owns end-to-end AI-native architecture and integration design for customer engagements, spanning pre-sales solutioning through delivery. Defines reference architectures, design patterns, quality standards, and architecture reviews. Frames customer needs around business outcomes and designs agentic systems using perception, reasoning, planning, bounded autonomy, contextual memory, multi-agent orchestration, telemetry, governance, and runtime observability. Balances AI economics, scalability, hallucination containment, auditability, and adaptive human-AI operating models.

Own and grow a portfolio of strategic BFSI enterprise accounts. Drive renewals, upsell, and expansion ARR while serving as executive sponsor and trusted advisor. Build multi-year account plans, lead QBRs, mitigate risk, and partner cross-functionally to ensure measurable customer outcomes and platform adoption. Maintain C-suite relationships and deliver against NRR and expansion targets.

Own strategic BFSI enterprise accounts as the executive sponsor and commercial owner. Responsibilities include developing account plans, leading QBRs, managing executive relationships, driving renewals and expansion, negotiating contracts, forecasting revenue, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, mitigating account risks, ensuring measurable customer outcomes, and coordinating delivery, solutions, value engineering, product, marketing, services, and partnerships teams.
