Lead project controlling and the Project Accountants team to drive accurate cost collection, margin improvement, bid review, pricing governance, forecasting, balance sheet reconciliations, and timely project margin reviews. Lead commercial ownership for strategic rail and transport customers in France. Drive account growth, negotiate contracts, shape complex bids, manage forecasts and governance, coordinate internal teams, and ensure smooth handover to delivery while maintaining executive customer relationships.

Travel and on-call duties required.

Implement monitoring (Zabbix), firewall and VPN configurations, collaborate on security audits, and produce documentation and disaster recovery plans to support business objectives.

Design, implement, automate, and maintain global network, server, and cloud infrastructure (VMware, Azure). Administer Linux systems, FortiGate firewalls, VPNs, and BGP. Manage Kubernetes clusters, monitoring (Zabbix), and data centre operations. Act as 3rd-line escalation for incidents, perform root cause analysis, improve automation, collaborate on security audits, document DR plans, and mentor engineers.
