Supports quality assurance and quality control across regulated manufacturing operations. Leads supplier investigations, corrective actions, audits, MRB and NCR dispositions, process validation, FMEAs, PPAPs, and continuous improvement initiatives. Analyzes quality data and manufacturing issues, implements corrective actions, supports customer and regulatory audits, documents processes, trains inspection staff, and ensures compliance with aerospace, medical device, automotive, and customer-specific standards.

Analyzes materials, labor, machine time, tooling, finishing, production processes, capacity, and manufacturability. Prepares detailed quotes using ERP, CAD, and costing tools; coordinates with engineering, production, commercial, and account teams. Maintains quote records, supports order handoffs, improves quoting accuracy and turnaround, and ensures pricing consistency and operational feasibility in a manufacturing environment.

Owns and improves manufacturing processes, reporting, scheduling support, quoting, workflow integration, and quality compliance for an aerospace and additive manufacturing site. The role reviews printed hardware, supports CNC and additive manufacturing operations, audits operator capabilities, leads process improvements, integrates ERP/MES systems, and collaborates with sales, engineering, quality, and production teams. It also promotes shop-floor safety, supports AS9100 requirements, and provides technical mentorship.

Leads supply chain operations across three polymer manufacturing sites, overseeing purchasing, sourcing, outside processing, supplier relationships, inventory, and materials availability. Manages supply chain personnel, standardizes processes, negotiates supplier terms, drives cost reduction, mitigates risk, and supports demand and supply planning. Maintains ERP/MRP records, ensures procurement compliance, coordinates cross-functional initiatives, and collaborates with plant, production, quality, engineering, sales, and finance leadership.

Serve as primary customer and internal liaison for aerospace and defense orders from PO award through delivery. Manage order entry, scheduling, performance tracking, and documentation while coordinating cross-functionally with sales, operations, quality, and supply chain. Prepare status reports, support program metrics (on-time delivery, margin, quality), and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Lead and execute machining and manufacturing engineering projects across sites, support new program launches and complex machining introductions, perform manufacturability reviews and risk mitigation, drive continuous improvement (cycle time, yield, scrap), support NC programming and process optimization, deploy CNC equipment/automation/probing and digital workflows, and act as technical liaison to facilitate cross-site integration and knowledge transfer.

Support full HR lifecycle at the Glen Burnie facility including talent acquisition, onboarding/offboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, performance management, HRIS data maintenance, compliance, policy updates, training coordination, safety support, and HR process improvement. Serve as primary HR contact and partner with managers to resolve issues and support workforce planning.

Lead and develop an account management team while managing strategic customer accounts across aerospace, medical, and industrial markets. Drive revenue growth, expand services within existing accounts, set account strategies, oversee pipeline and proposals, support complex negotiations, and align internal teams to ensure program execution and customer satisfaction.
