Lead end-to-end design delivery for data center campuses, acting as technical authority across CSA, MEP, controls, networks and power substations. Ensure designs meet client requirements, permits, Max IT capacity, SLAs and efficiency targets (PUE/WUE). Define equipment specs, support vendor selection, optimize cost and modular/prefabricated approaches, enable constructability and commissioning readiness while managing stakeholders and schedule.

Support the Investment team with financial modelling, market research, underwriting, due diligence coordination, and preparation of executive materials. Assist monitoring of funding strategy, update business plan models, and perform valuation and ad-hoc strategic analyses under supervision. Gain exposure to M&A, acquisitions, and multi-source financing in digital infrastructure.

Lead onboarding, act as primary client contact for operations, ensure service continuity, drive customer satisfaction and retention, identify upsell opportunities, coordinate internal teams, manage processes and certification compliance, and support audits and incident communications.
