Leads the development of DATA4’s GW Campus by defining strategy, establishing governance, coordinating public and private stakeholders, managing permitting and partnerships, overseeing risks and compliance, and monitoring delivery across multiple projects. The role leads multidisciplinary teams, aligns workstreams, tracks budgets and milestones, supports sustainable growth, and reports program progress to the Country Director.

Leads electrical design and construction for data center projects, including conceptual and detailed systems, power distribution, equipment specification, commissioning, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement. Owns the electrical baseline product, provides technical leadership, coordinates with contractors and internal teams, analyzes failures and performance data, and ensures reliable, efficient, sustainable infrastructure delivery.

Leads DATA4’s product and engineering function for European data center campuses. Owns design standards, technical governance, conceptual and detailed design reviews, multidisciplinary coordination, consultant management, construction support, quality assurance, and continuous improvement. Develops scalable data center products while ensuring resilience, safety, sustainability, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency. Represents engineering in stakeholder, customer, regulatory, and project meetings, and leads subject matter experts, budgets, innovation, and lessons-learned processes.

Owns end-to-end design delivery for data center campuses and infrastructure, from masterplanning through detailed design. Acts as technical authority across CSA, MEP, controls, networks, and power substations; leads permitting, vendor validation, constructability, commissioning readiness, client engagement, and technical decision-making. Optimizes designs for capacity, performance, cost, schedule, supply chain availability, and SLA requirements while coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Oversee accounting, financial control, reporting, tax compliance, budgeting, forecasting, cash management, and internal controls for DATA4’s German entities. Lead month-end and year-end close under local GAAP and IFRS, support CAPEX-intensive infrastructure projects, coordinate audits, deliver management reporting, and improve financial processes. The role also leads the local finance team and partners with Group Finance and operational stakeholders on business growth and finance transformation initiatives.

Leads end-to-end data center infrastructure projects, including capacity expansions, retrofits, fiber and civil infrastructure, BMS, and sustainability initiatives. Defines scope, schedules, budgets, resources, and deliverables; coordinates cross-functional and multi-vendor teams; manages risks, compliance, documentation, commissioning, and operational handover across geographically dispersed campuses.

Owns governance, adoption, and continuous improvement of DATA4’s operational management tool across France. Leads process automation, digital transformation, AI use-case adoption, user training, change management, data quality, requirements gathering, reporting, and cross-functional initiatives involving Operations, Digital, Data, and global stakeholders.

Manage European transfer pricing compliance and intercompany transactions across multiple jurisdictions. Prepare Local Files, Master Files, intercompany agreements, benefit tests, cost allocations, benchmarking analyses, and compliant billing. Review intragroup loan contracts, support tax audits, advise on strategic transactions, and improve transfer pricing processes. Collaborate with tax, legal, controlling, and European subsidiary teams while ensuring alignment with local laws, European requirements, and OECD guidelines.

Leads controls engineering for data center design and construction projects across European campuses. Owns controls standards, conceptual and detailed designs, equipment and software selection, system integration, commissioning, and technical documentation. Provides expertise to stakeholders, vendors, and consultants while optimizing thermal management, power, reliability, sustainability, and operational performance. Requires extensive critical infrastructure experience, engineering expertise, commissioning knowledge, and strong communication and project management skills.

Lead end-to-end design delivery for data center campuses, acting as technical authority across CSA, MEP, controls, networks and power substations. Ensure designs meet client requirements, permits, Max IT capacity, SLAs and efficiency targets (PUE/WUE). Define equipment specs, support vendor selection, optimize cost and modular/prefabricated approaches, enable constructability and commissioning readiness while managing stakeholders and schedule.
