Directs financial operations for a hotel, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, internal controls, audits, accounts receivable, credit management, inventory control, tax compliance, capital expenditures, and payroll processes. Partners with executives and department leaders to improve profitability and operational efficiency. Leads the finance team through recruiting, coaching, training, performance management, and procedure development. Requires flexible availability and occasional business travel.

Manages hotel sales coordination, CRM and PMS administration, contracts, deposits, group servicing, event logistics, guest activations, and vendor relationships. Serves as the primary on-property contact for contracted groups, coordinates internal hospitality teams, oversees wellness and lifestyle programming, supports VIP experiences, tracks billing and reporting, and contributes to sales strategy, market development, and budgeting in a seasonal luxury hotel environment.
