Supports group sales through tour coordination, client communication, contracts, invoicing, database and report management, scheduling, customer service, and tourism partnerships. Coordinates specialty experiences, develops group programs, facilitates tours, represents the museum at industry events and conventions, and helps expand the customer base. Requires flexible scheduling, including additional hours during major Derby-related events and other peak periods.
