Manage main and subcontract terms end-to-end, support sales and project handovers, negotiate variations and claims, assist delivery and supply chain on commercial matters, coordinate insurance and guarantees, support contract closeout and dispute resolution.

Develop, test, and improve machine learning models (video classification, detection, tracking, anomaly detection, radar and RF analysis). Collect and validate training data, coordinate annotation, benchmark hardware (Jetson, FPGA, Intel CPUs), convert models across frameworks, and tune algorithms for mission-critical, edge-focused deployments.

Design and implement backend applications, modernize system architecture, mentor junior engineers, collaborate cross-functionally, estimate delivery timelines, and develop robust mission-critical software interfacing with diverse hardware in constrained environments.
