Drives hospice census growth by generating referrals, developing physician and healthcare-facility relationships, managing territories, conducting market assessments, executing marketing initiatives, and monitoring campaign cost-effectiveness. Provides educational in-services, supports admissions, prepares individualized reports, ensures appropriate hospice referrals and informed consent, and maintains compliance with applicable laws and Medicare regulations. Participates in evening, weekend, and holiday admission coverage as assigned.

Screens employees, visitors, and essential personnel for COVID-19 exposure; maintains confidential screening records; supervises resident visits; communicates professionally with residents and families; assists with clerical duties; and maintains attendance. The role requires clear communication, English comprehension, physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and availability for assigned weekends, evenings, and holidays.
