Own and grow strategic partner relationships across France and Benelux. Own and evolve Nextlane's customer interaction products (Communication Center, AI Receptionist). Define strategy and roadmap across voice, messaging, and workflow automation. Design routing, conversation orchestration, and AI-assisted journeys. Drive adoption of conversational AI, voice automation, copilots and intelligent assistants. Lead discovery with dealers and OEMs; work cross-functionally to deliver cloud-native, API-driven integrations, measure success with KPIs, and support go-to-market and commercial enablement.

Perform incoming bookkeeping, supplier payments, bank reconciliations, payroll support, P&L and balance sheet controlling, invoice posting in NetSuite, cash management, fixed-asset booking and amortization, and prepare financial reporting in accordance with group policies.

Lead product strategy and execution across Nextlane's portfolio: translate strategy into multi-year plans and roadmaps, drive portfolio prioritization, build and challenge business cases, improve delivery predictability, govern product operating model, and support executive and investor communications.

Manage and grow a sales territory for Nextlane's automotive SaaS: hunt and farm accounts, manage pipeline and forecasting (Salesforce), upsell/cross-sell, run meetings/negotiations, ensure customer satisfaction, and represent the company at industry events.
