Assists the Project Manager in supervising commissary and janitorial operations, including scheduling, inventory, quality assurance, safety compliance, worker training, performance management, contract paperwork, and customer satisfaction. Supports employees and clients with disabilities by providing job coaching and skills development. Oversees site personnel, subcontractors, budgets, supplies, and contract requirements while maintaining company standards and regulatory compliance.

Provides administrative and executive support to the EVP of Programs, including preparing documents, managing records, coordinating CARF accreditation, tracking projects and compliance requirements, maintaining databases, analyzing operational data, and preparing leadership reports. Supports program operations, process improvement, stakeholder communication, and organizational initiatives. Requires proficiency with Microsoft Office, administrative experience, a valid driver’s license, and successful completion of background and registry checks.

Oversee multi-site service operations, large government and commercial contracts, budgets, staffing, quality control, compliance, and customer satisfaction. Lead project and site managers delivering janitorial, grounds, food service, shelf stocking, and warehouse services. Develop forecasts, bids, pricing, and contract negotiations; monitor operational metrics and continuous improvement; ensure contract and AbilityOne compliance; and coach teams supporting employees with disabilities.
