BLG recherche un avocat (environ 5 ans d'expérience) pour sa pratique en droit du travail et de l'emploi à Montréal. Le poste exige représentation devant tribunaux et instances administratives, gestion de dossiers SST, conventions collectives, et conseils en embauche, discipline, cessation d'emploi, invalidité, droits de la personne et enquêtes en milieu de travail. Bilinguisme FR/EN et inscription au Barreau du Québec requis. Expérience en SST et en régimes de retraite est un atout.

Provide legal and regulatory advice to clients in the wealth and asset management sector, draft documentation, support private and retail fund matters, and collaborate with multidisciplinary firm teams to meet client objectives.

Coordinate high-volume corporate compliance tasks (annual resolutions, registrations, filings), streamline processes, train and mentor paraprofessionals, support special compliance and governance projects, and perform 50–75% billable corporate compliance work within a national Corporate Commercial team.

Senior Analyst responsible for enterprise endpoint management and software packaging. Manage SCCM/Intune, Citrix and VMware platforms; maintain Windows images, Autopilot, drivers and BIOS; automate deployments and scripting (PowerShell, MS Graph); monitor system health; provide top-tier support; ensure security and policy compliance; produce documentation; work with stakeholders and vendors; contribute to strategic planning and special projects.

Provide high-quality administrative and notarial support to lawyers: manage calendars, client relations, document production, billing, registry searches/filings (land registry, RDPRM), prepare notarial acts and probate-related tasks, coordinate meetings/travel, and ensure file opening/closing and compliance with filing procedures.

Provide corporate and capital markets legal advice including mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, governance, regulatory compliance and securities. Draft transactional documents, work with public company clients, and collaborate within multi-disciplinary teams to deliver client-focused solutions.
