Builds multi-year revenue and donor engagement strategies, cultivates major gifts, diversifies individual, corporate, foundation, and government funding, and strengthens board and CEO fundraising partnerships. Oversees CRM infrastructure, forecasting, compliance, reporting, team development, communications, events, and external stakeholder relationships while advancing equity-centered, community-rooted philanthropy.
