Build and manage a regional fundraising team, cultivate high-net-worth and institutional partners, diversify funding sources, execute solicitation and closure strategies, collaborate with leadership, and track philanthropic trends to grow revenue and impact.

Provide L1 IT support: diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software, repair/replace equipment, configure hardware, install licenses, manage onboarding/offboarding trackers, assist backups/archiving, maintain inventories, perform scheduled maintenance, and shadow senior IT staff for escalation and remote/boardroom setups.

Lead resource planning and delivery operations for changemaker initiatives: forecast capacity, manage allocations, run cross-training and upskilling, support performance and budgets, track metrics, and drive continuous improvement to ensure consistent, scalable program delivery.

Design and build backend APIs and analytics solutions: develop semantic/dimensional data models, ETL/ELT pipelines, Power BI/Metabase dashboards and DAX/MDX measures, implement Node.js services, integrate low-code and workflow tools, and ensure data quality and performant reporting.

Prepare and present periodic financial reports, forecasts, variance analysis, and models to senior management. Drive analytics, budgeting, consolidation, process improvements, revenue forecasting, and support strategic decisions including M&A and capital investments while coordinating with global finance stakeholders.
