Design and build production-grade analytical services and ETL pipelines to detect fraud. Analyze session and network data, develop and integrate ML models and AI agents, implement predictive scoring, and produce research-backed documentation and presentations.

Own end-to-end design of complex product features, collaborate with PMs and engineers, evolve the design system, run usability studies, translate research into high-fidelity UI and interaction specs, and raise design quality across the team.

Lead LATAM pre-sales activities: run PoCs, design HLD/LLD, build BOQs, write proposals, deliver technical presentations/training, manage client expectations, support pilots, respond to RFIs/RFPs, collaborate across sales, engineering, product, and marketing to secure technical wins.

Monitor and analyze web resources to detect phishing, scams, trademark misuse, and online fraud; coordinate takedowns with hosts, registrars, and authorities; support clients with incident reports and service summaries; research emerging scams and dark web activity to improve threat detection and prevention.

Build, maintain, and scale high-availability infrastructure for global services. Manage bare-metal, containers, VMs, IaC, monitoring, and distributed databases. Operate core services, resolve incidents, collaborate cross-functionally, and design fault-tolerant, secure systems.
