Manage the main replacement and rehabilitation program (MRRP) including execution of a $50M capital plan and $200k O&M budget. Design and administer water main relocation and lead-service replacement projects, review agency plans for conflicts, coordinate with utilities/agencies/contractors, ensure specifications and safety compliance, track project data and reporting, pursue reimbursements, and supervise engineering staff.
